Do not ship tissue samples in plastic lined bags. Wheat & small grains Feekes stage 10- flag leaf. Corn prior to V6-whole plant (no roots). V7-Vt upper most mature leaf. Soybeans prior to V5- whole plant (no roots). Be sure to send enough plant material - see plant tissue guide or a softball size (double fist).
